Ollie is the coordinator at our St Andrews club. The Starfish kids love his art skills and playing outdoors with him.

Charlie spends most of her time in the office at Starfish but can often be found at all three of the clubs. She has a strong passion for inclusion in the play environment and has worked with children in a range of settings over the last 20 years. Charlie enjoys painting, cooking and photography.

Jay is the Coordinator at St Pauls and has been with Starfish since 2007. She loves playing with the kids and has five children of her own!

Hugh is a Director of Starfish. He’s a former Playworker and was the first Manager of Starfish back in 2000. He also works in graphic design and video editing. He enjoys board games, tennis and cricket.

Felix is the Deputy Coordinator at St Andrews afterschool club. He plays in a band - & loves music and outdoor activities at Starfish!

Rali is the deputy at our Cottesmore setting. She also works at Cottesmore school as an Individual Needs Assistant. In her spare time she is involved in plenty of community projects as part of her role as an Editor, Publisher and distributor of a community newspaper.

Elizabeth is a Playworker at our St Andrews setting. She loves doing crafts with the kids and seeing all their weird and wonderful creations! In a previous life she worked as a pastry chef in London, and moved to Hove last year with her fat, loveable cat.

Erini is a Playworker at our Cottesmore after school club. She loves helping the children find their interest through a variety of new skills and most importantly have fun. She has experience with children through being a teacher and a volunteer at children organisations. In her free time she enjoys cooking, swimming and spending time with her family.

Sadie is training to be a teacher and works as bank staff in the holidays. Sadie enjoys doing arts and crafts activities with the children at the clubs. Outside of Starfish Sadie enjoys photography and spending time with her friends and family.

Kiki is covering as the Coordinator at St Pauls whilst Jay is on maternity. Kiki loves theatre and playing rugby, Kiki likes to share these passions with the children. Kiki loves doing outdoor games and getting messy on the craft table! Kiki enjoys making the children laugh and to help them to feel comfortable in the setting. She is very upbeat and easy going!

Ann is a Bank Playworker at our St Andrews Setting.
Ann loves art, craft, writing, meditation, laughter and gratitude.

Mursal is a Playworker at our St Andrews setting. Mursal loves helping out in engaging tasks where the children can express themselves and their interests such as drawing, building with Plus-Plus and more! She also enjoys activities where the kids can get creative and messy- particularly cooking activities.

Stan is a playworker at our Cottesmore & St Paul's settings. Stan enjoys engaging in both indoor and outdoor games and activities with the children at the club and values creating a positive environment at Starfish. In his spare time, he enjoys playing darts, watching football, and going to live music events.

Val works as a Bank Playworker in the Holidays.

Sheryl has been a volunteer at Starfish for over 20 years. She loves helping out with various activities including icing biscuits and potato printing.

Ga-Hyun is a Bank Playworker across all our settings.  She enjoys running arts & craft activities at the clubs. In her spare time she enjoys playing games, musicals & singing.

Mae likes to play outside with the kids, whether it's football or skipping, and encouraging them to express their creativity through craft activities.

Outside of work she enjoys meeting up with friends, reading, and playing piano.

​Zoe works at our St Andrews & Cottesmore settings. Zoe loves to encourage children in their creativity. In her spare time she enjoys reading, history and videogames.
